Diva Leona Lewis Reaches Number One in US.

This girl can sing, and she certainly can fill the shoes of Whitney Houston. Three weeks ago her debut single Bleeding Love was released in the US and is currently number one in the charts. You think this is impressive, yesterday her album Spirit was released and hit the charts not at ten or five try number One.
In the last week her album Spirit has generated sales in excess of 200,000 copies and climbing. I am really impressed that a British solo artist has got this far in the US Charts.
I saw her on Oprah a week or two ago……..she is fabulous, and I love “Bleeding Love”!!
She’s the first British female to top the US charts since Kim Wilde, about a bazillion years ago (can’t remember the year, but it was over 20 years ago). Go Leona!
